You can track your delivery from the tracking number we give to you. The tracking number can be found in your confirmation email or text message, depending on your preference. You can also track the status of your delivery by logging into your account on our website.
That depends on your location and carrier. Normally we can ship to anywhere in Canada within 5 days. However, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic or extreme weather conditions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep track of its progress.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete address and a valid name. We do not re-ship packages that have been returned to sender due to an incorrect shipping address or if it hasn’t been picked up from the post office within the allotted time frame.
